Up to 20 minutes presenting with at least 5 minutes for questions. Room Hosts will ensure the 5 minutes for questions are protected to ensure the opportunity for delegate-speaker interaction.

Up to 40 minutes with at least 15 minutes for questions. Room Hosts will ensure question time is protected.

A landscape or portrait one-sided document, A1 or A0 in size. Posters have no set format, and are at the authors' discretion, however templates will be made available in January 2026 for those who would like to use them. Posters should be printed by the author/exhibitor and brought to the conference by the presenter.

A 45 minute interactive workshop Rooms will be set up to allow small discussion groups, to be facilitated by the author. This may be online (break-out rooms) or in person.
