Wednesday's mentoring WS: In_compatibilities between care work & academic career structures Date: Wednesday, 9 September, 9:00 - 10:30 Max participation number: 20 Registration is required. A 90' workshop, created in response to a need repeatedly highlighted in our recent survey of mentoring needs in the community and moderated by representatives of the AGH equality team and EASST ECo. Through shared reflection and small-group discussion, participants will examine often-overlooked forms of care, identify structural barriers, and exchange strategies for navigating academia.

Thursday's mentoring WS: Academia After the PhD: Challenges, Strategies and Solidarities Date: Thursday, 10 September, 9:00 - 10:30 Max participation number: 20 Registration is required. A peer-group mentoring session, organized in a World Café format for ECRs, aiming to create a safe space for conversations about the pressures, dilemmas, and opportunities that shape research careers. Facilitated by 4 STS senior scholars with diverse and often non-linear career paths.
