New England Workshop on Science & Social Change invites 4S/EASST participants to join one or both of its hours for "Connecting & Reflecting Together." The processes will be explained in the sessions. 1st session will address: "How have I come to be someone who would attend 4S/EASST at this time?"

Long Abstract

The New England Workshop on Science and Social Change (NewSSC) invites 4S/EASST participants to join us for one or both of its hours for "Connecting and Reflecting Together." The processes that will be used, to be explained in the sessions, are drawn from many years of experimental, interaction-intensive, interdisciplinary, multi-day NewSSC workshops that "foster collaboration among those who teach, study, and engage with the public about scientific developments and social change" (sicw.wikispaces.com/newssc). The first session will address the question: "How have I come to be someone who would attend 4S/EASST at this time?"
