Formation of the communicative competence of future specialists
Abstract:
The need for a theoretical justification and methodological development of communicative competence among future officers to work with personnel during professional training has been established based on an analysis of specialized literature. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the importance and relevance of this competence. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to modernize modern vocational education and the changing requirements of the world in the field of educational goals, which include ensuring human entry into the social world and productive adaptation. The concept of competence has become a general definition of an integrated educational result. The current state of the system of professional formation of officers requires a comprehensive analysis of accumulated experience and theoretical approaches to improve professional training, including preparation for professional and communicative activities. Developing the communicative competence of future specialists is a critical aspect of foreign language learning, and it requires a comprehensive approach that includes both linguistic and cultural components.
One way to improve the communicative competence of future specialists is by incorporating more interactive and immersive language learning experiences, such as virtual reality or language exchange programs.
One important aspect of forming communicative competence is providing learners with ample opportunities to interact with native speakers and engage in authentic communication scenarios.
