Abstract:

For the successful completion of tasks in diverse businesses, effective project management is necessary. However, it is critical to note the changing nature of project management in Kazakhstan, where projects are implemented under conditions of uncertainty and risk. Project managers in Kazakhstan have several opportunities as well as problems emanating from unpredictability and risk. In order to extract best practices, the article employs a qualitative research approach that includes surveys and successful project implementations. To gather quantitative information about Kazakhstan's project management procedures as they stand right now, a survey is required. Additionally, conducting interviews with project managers can aid in gaining a qualitative understanding of the issues and tactics involved in managing projects in the face of risk and uncertainty. The article examines and assesses Kazakhstan's present situation about project management practice. Additionally, it lists the primary issues that project managers deal with when overseeing projects in high-risk and unpredictable environments. It also describes tactics and industry standards used by businesses to reduce risks and uncertainties in project management. Project managers have provided recommendations for enhancing the growth of project management in Kazakhstan.
