Abstract:

Development of public civil service is an important direction of public administration reforms. Therefore, in recent years, the Agency for the Development of Public Service was established in 2019 by the decree of the President of Uzbekistan, which is responsible for the development of the state civil service.

The implementation of a unified state policy in the field of personnel management and human resources development across state bodies and organizations.

This policy aims to establish a consistent and coordinated approach to managing personnel and fostering the growth and development of human resources across all government entities.

The Public Service Agency has established branches in 14 regions of the country.

However, a number of organizational and legal problems remain in the development of the state civil service.
