Abstract:

Today, many people criticize the government in Kyrgyzstan. The number of those who praise it is no less. But in general, there is such a picture that people comment on individual events and phenomena, such as "kusturization", "Kempirabad", "construction of GKNB buildings", "new flag of Kyrgyzstan", "arrest of Arstan Alai", etc., but there is no comprehensive analysis giving a general idea of the developing processes in the republic. And without a comprehensive picture based on structural analysis, it makes no sense to scold or praise the government.

As they say, "You can't see the forest behind the trees." We can characterize each individual tree (or event), and by the number of sick and healthy trees at the edge of the forest form an idea that "everything is very bad", "everything is gone, we will not go far with this power" or "everything is great”, "the two friends” (usually referred for the President Sadyr Japarov and the State Committee for National Security head Kamchibek Tashiev) work hard, while It is impossible to understand the essence of the ongoing processes in their entirety. And then either we will miss the destruction of the entire forest, or we will not understand that it is on the way to rebirth.

In this paper, I will try to give an overall picture of the ongoing processes in the republic based on theoretical and practical ideas within the framework of economic and political science in the context of regional and international events and reflect my point of view on the existence and features of the development strategy of Kyrgyzstan.

For a more structural disclosure of the processes in the republic recently, I will break down the processes into the following main blocks: border issues, centralization of the state, and changes in economic policy in the republic.

As a result, one will be able to see that Kyrgyzstan has developed its clear-cut strategy of development, consisting of three main pillars: 1)resolving all border disputes with neighboring countries, to minimize external risks and guarantee higher stability, 2)centralizing the State and improving the efficiency of public administration through fighting corrupt officials and criminals, who used to control the state decision-making processes and dissipated the state resources for decades and 3)implementing new economic policies with significant state infrastructural investments and clear-cut industrial and agricultural policies.
