Paper abstract
How effective and comprehensive food safety management systems will operate is a big message to the members of Jogorku Kenesh. So far there have been many laws and decrees approved to make the system clear and workable, but there are no practical actions toward implementation. Our governments in Central Asia need more technical and financial support to introduce the food safety management systems with all required international standards. Thus, the book will cover all above-mentioned challenges and bring more solutions into practice. In the Kyrgyz Republic and other Central Asian countries there are numerous SMEs which exercise partly or full the food safety management systems with support of international development projects.
