Paper abstract:
In order to make the food industry effective and workable, the government agencies should develop the relevant legal framework on food security. So how deep and wide the legal issues are integrated into the current legislation is necessary to be learnt. The critical points for this book will be mainly what kind of opportunities and challenges are addressed in relation to the legal issues.
Furthermore, if the government is able to construct a proper legal mechanism to drive the food quality management systems, then our producers can benefit as well to provide regional and global marketn with the food products at high level of quality.
