Paper long abstract:

This article is devoted to the analysis and forecasting of socio-economic processes for the development of measures of labor market regulation, among which mathematical and statistical methods and models are to be emphasized with more attention. The use of this tool allows us to analyze the current situation on the labor market and, based on it to work out the methods of its regulation. We argue that there is a significant discrepancy in the main indicators of the local regional labor markets, which does not allow the state authorities to take any measures to resolve the issues of employment in the labor market.

The Republic of Kyrgyzstan is an example of the Central Asian region, where the peculiarities of the national labor market are particularly evident. Thus, we argue that the construction of a set of mathematical and statistical models of analysis and forecasting of labor processes is needed for the plans elaboration of socio-economic development of the region, which is undoubtedly an urgent task and is of practical importance.

We argue that the proposed complex of mathematical and statistical models can be used by national employment services, as well as by various levels of governmental body for assessing the current and future changes on the national labor market, as well as in areas related to it in order to develop a strategy for socio-economic development of the republic in the future.

The works of foreign and domestic economists and mathematicians on modeling and forecasting of socio-economic systems using functional-differential equations, correlation and regression analysis on the functioning of the regional market perform as theoretical and methodological basis of the study.

The statistical data of the National Statistical Committee, the materials of the periodical press and the data of socio-economic research of the labor market of regional centers of employment perform as the information base of the study.
