Interests: My professional research interests focus on the intersection of public policy, social protection, and climate-resilient governance in South Asia. I am particularly interested in how evidence-based policymaking can improve service delivery for vulnerable populations, especially children and women. My work explores the design and implementation of inclusive social protection systems, child-sensitive public finance, and institutional reforms for climate adaptation in the water sector. I also study the role of local governments in driving equitable development outcomes. I aim to produce applied, policy-relevant research that bridges the gap between data, governance systems, and transformative development action.
