Interests: My academic and professional interests focus on the intersections of enterprise development, rural livelihoods, and sustainable local economies in the Global South. I am particularly interested in how micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) contribute to poverty reduction and inclusive development in rural contexts. My research explores policy frameworks that support enterprise growth, technology adoption in development, and the socio-economic impacts of grassroots development initiatives. I am also keen to engage with critical debates on informal economies, labour, and local governance within development studies. Through my membership in DSA, I hope to connect with scholars and practitioners working on similar themes and contribute to ongoing conversations around equitable and sustainable development pathways.
