Abstract

This paper investigates emerging innovations in Kyrgyzstan's college sector, including digitalization and competency-based approaches. While such innovations are expanding, their implementation remains uneven. The study underscores systemic challenges, such as resource disparities and teacher capacity, and argues for more integrated policy frameworks to sustain and scale innovation across institutions.
